Fast, professional and affordable service is available for all brands of equipment and 24 hour emergency service is offered if needed. Our NATE certified, factory trained and EPA Certified technicians provide repair and maintenance services for residential and commercial customers. We service and maintain all brands of equipment utilizing flat rate service call and repair charges. This method of providing service allows our technicians to evaluate your system for a set service call fee and discuss with you the flat rate repair charge before beginning the repair. Honest and dependable service and maintenance is always available when you need it!

Service Department Facts and Fees:

bulletNormal business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to 2:00pm. Service call rate during normal business hours.

Planned Service Agreements:

Planned Service Agreements are offered to assist our customers in providing the systematic factory required maintenance procedures for all brands of heating and cooling equipment. These Planned Service Agreements give our customers the following advantages:

  1. Discounts of 15% are applied to any required repair charges and no after hours service call fees apply.
  2. Routine maintenance fees have been discounted over purchasing maintenance separately each season.
  3. We will contact you to schedule maintenance on your equipment. This ensures that your heating and cooling equipment is operating, as it should for the coming season.
  4. Priority service is provided. If failure does occur, Planned Service Agreement customers are given priority service over other service calls as they come in.
  5. Proper maintenance procedures will prolong the life of your equipment while providing peak efficiency and performance.
  6. Emergency service is available to our Planned Service Agreement customers 24 hours a day.

Two planned service inspections : One System - Fall & Spring $148.00
  Add for each additional system $74.00

Extra charges apply for Duel Fuel systems, Humidifiers that require cleaning and Electronic Air cleaners.

Four planned service inspections are available at an extra charge.

bulletCommercial Planned Service Agreement Rates:                                              Commercial Planned Service Agreements are quoted for each individual situation. Commercial properties will require a free site visit to gather information and a Planned Service Program will be developed specifically for your business. With the diverse nature of commercial applications, this method of pricing allows us to keep costs as low as possible and ensure that your maintenance program is tailored to your equipment needs.
